Job Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate daily data and information, involving cross-departmental and cross-regional communication and coordination.
  • Assist in organizing large-scale retail events and workshops, including vendor communication and overall management.
  • Verify and apply for store-brand quarterly and holiday gifts, and manage daily material administration.


Required Skills:

  • Available to work 3-4 days per week.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong communication skills and written English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in event planning and execution is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in task execution.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with an open-minded attitude.
